, so collaboration begins immediately — no extra setup required after creating your account.
Instead of jumping into settings later to add teammates, admins can now invite users right inside the onboarding flow and assign permission levels before the account is fully created.

Invite Your Team During Signup
A new step in the onboarding flow lets account owners add teammates while creating their account.
  • Enter teammate email addresses

Invited users receive an email invitation and can complete their own registration to access the account.
Permission Presets
Each invited user can be assigned a permission preset before the invite is sent.
  • Visitor
    role is selected by default
  • Roles can be changed during the invite process
  • Permissions apply immediately once the user completes registration
Seat-Aware Onboarding
The system automatically respects your
plan seat limits

  • Invite only as many users as your plan allows
  • Seat warnings appear if you exceed your limit
  • Additional users require a plan upgrade

How to Use It
  1. Begin creating your Vidalytics account.
  2. When you reach the
    Invite Your Team
    step during signup: Enter your teammates’ email addresses.
  3. For each user, select a
    permission preset
    (Visitor is selected by default).
  4. Add as many users as allowed by your plan’s seat limit.
  5. Click
    Send Invites
    to finalize the invitations.
  6. Your teammates will receive an email to complete their registration and access the account.
If you choose to skip this step, you can always invite users later from
Account Settings → User Management
.

  • Total users (including the account owner)

  • Duplicate email entries are not allowed within the same account.

    account owners/admins
    see the invite step during onboarding.

Edge Cases & Expected Behavior
  • Duplicate emails will be rejected (only one invite per email).
  • Invalid email formats must be corrected before continuing.
  • If seat limits are exceeded, you must remove users or upgrade your plan.
  • If you skip inviting users during signup, you can add them later in
    User Management
    .
  • If an invite was sent by mistake, roles or access must be adjusted after the user completes registration.
