Getting started with Vidalytics just got easier. New account owners can now
invite their entire team during the signup process
, so collaboration begins immediately — no extra setup required after creating your account.
Instead of jumping into settings later to add teammates, admins can now invite users right inside the onboarding flow and assign permission levels before the account is fully created.

Add
click-worthy video thumbnails directly to your email campaigns
with the new
Email Embed
feature.
Instead of sending plain text links, you can now generate
professional video preview thumbnails (JPG or GIF)
with a play button overlay and embed them into your emails. When recipients click the thumbnail, they are taken directly to your video page or landing page — helping increase engagement and click-through rates.

  • If a GIF hasn’t been generated yet, the system automatically creates one.
  • If the video resolution is smaller than 450px, the real video dimensions are used.
  • Oversized manual size selections automatically reset to valid dimensions.

  • A placeholder appears while GIF generation is processing.
  • Copy-to-clipboard works in most major email editors (Gmail, Apple Mail), but may not work in every client.

Folder Access Permissions
We’ve launched the new
Folder Access
feature — giving Premium and Enterprise users powerful control over who can view and manage specific video folders.
This update is designed for teams that manage multiple brands, departments, or clients and need
stricter content separation

internal privacy protections
, and
more precise access control
across their Vidalytics account.
All existing folders remain fully accessible by default. Restrictions only apply when an account owner or admin chooses to configure them.
No migration or cleanup is required.
