📈 1. Analytics Home
What’s New?
Analytics Home provides a centralized dashboard for tracking video performance. Users can access:
  • Timeline graphs for one or multiple videos simultaneously.
  • Summary stats for groups of videos.
  • Customizable filters, metrics, and time scales.
  • Drill-down access to specific Vid Stats.
  • Folder-based video filtering.
  • Report downloads for easy sharing.

How to Use
  1. Navigate to
    Analytics Home
    in your dashboard.
  2. Select the videos or groups to analyze.
  3. Apply filters, change metrics, and adjust time scales as needed.
  4. Click on a video for deeper insights.
  5. Download reports for further analysis.

⌛ 2. Compare Period
What’s New?
The
Period Comparison
feature enables users to compare video performance metrics during two distinct periods for the same video. This is particularly useful for identifying trends, understanding growth, and optimizing content strategies. The feature offers clear visual and numerical comparisons, highlighting differences in key metrics.

How to Use
  1. Enable Period Comparison:
    Activate the feature in the Vid Stats page in the Compare menu.
  2. Select the Periods:
    Pick the current time frame in the primary period picker (always visible) and the secondary period to compare with from the comparison period picker (visible only when the feature is enabled).
  3. Analyze Metrics:
    View the data differences in summary metric cards, on the graphs, heatmaps, and tooltips.
  4. Hover for Details:
    Hover over summary cards or graph points to see metrics for both periods and the percentage difference.

Note:
The comparison period must occur before the primary period. It defaults to the same duration as the primary period, if possible, and adjusts automatically to fit within the available date range.*

    Compare performance metrics for two distinct periods, with data displayed side-by-side.
  • Summary Metrics:
    Cards display current period data and percentage differences with tooltips for detailed insights.
  • Graphs and Heatmaps:
    Visualize data for both periods, with dashed lines indicating the previous period.
  • Customizable Periods:
    Select flexible date ranges for both primary and secondary periods.
Restrictions
  • Not available for Free and Starter plans.
  • When Period Comparison is active the periods can only be compared for the same video.
  • Segmentation Disabled:
    Data segmentation options are unavailable.
  • Video Comparison Disabled:
    Comparisons between multiple videos cannot be performed.

Vid Settings
allows you to:
  • Set
    Public Titles
    for SEO optimization.
  • Add
    Descriptions
    to improve discoverability.
  • Maintain
    Internal Notes
    for tracking URLs, tests, and features.
  • View metadata (size, length, uploader details).
  • Use
    rich text support
    for better note organization.
  • Quickly
    copy notes
    for easy sharing.

How to Use
  1. Open the
    Vid Settings
    page.
  2. Locate the
    Video Info Section
    by clicking on the settings (mesh) icon to the right. This will show the video info section under the video player.
  3. Enter a
    Public Title
    and
    Description
    to optimize search visibility.
  4. Add
    Internal Notes
    for team reference.
  5. Use the
    copy button
    to share important notes quickly.
