What’s New
Granular Permission Control
- Configure access at the action level.
- Example: Allow View Analyticswhile disablingDelete Video.
- Fine-tune permissions to match each user’s responsibilities.
Role Presets
Assign access quickly using predefined roles such as:
- Admin
- Analyst
- Media Buyer
Selecting a role automatically checks/unchecks the relevant permissions.
Custom Overrides
- Modify any role’s default permissions to create a custom access set.
- Users with overrides are tagged as “Custom”while still retaining their original role label.
- Enables different permission levels within the same role group.
Quick-Set Cloning
- Instantly configure new users by copying permissions from an existing user.
- Ideal for onboarding agencies or scaling teams quickly.
Visual Access Feedback
Disabled features are either:
- Hidden entirely, or
- Greyed out in the UI
- Ensures a clean, intuitive experience for restricted users.

How to Use It
- Go to Account Settings → User Management.
- Click Add User(orEditon an existing user).
- Choose one of the following:
Select a
Role
to auto-fill permissions, orCopy from another user
to duplicate an existing setup.- (Optional) Manually toggle individual permissions to customize access further.
If you deviate from a preset, a
“Custom”
tag will appear.- Click Save.

The updated permissions apply

This feature is available starting with our Premium Plan and up.
🗒️ Important Notes
Primary User Immunity
- The Account Owner (Primary User) always has full access.
- Other users cannot view or modify the Primary User’s permissions.
Role vs. Effective Access
- A Roleis a label and starting preset only.
- Actual access is determined by the individual permission checkboxes.
- Two users may share the same role label but have different access if one was customized.
